Silquest A-1100 Silane Adhesion Promoter is a coupling agent used to increase the bond strength between adhesives and ceramic or glass surfaces.
Silquest is applied along the break edge prior to applying the adhesive. Silquest is very economical in use, only a very thin coating is needed. Using Silquest adhesion promoter will increase bond strength enormously.
Our A-1100 comes pre-mixed in a solution of high purity Isopropyl Alcohol and is ready to use out of the bottle. Simple wipe or brush the A-1100 onto your surface and it will air dry in just a few minutes.
