Maxi-Flex is an amazing mold putty that before mixing has the consistency of modelling clay and is very easy to mix and apply. Once mixed, Maxi-Flex will cure to a medium soft (shoreA60) flexible rubber capable of taking moulds from virtually any surface. Maxi-Flex is very flexible and can cope with being removed from objects with moderate undercuts. Maxi-Flex will pick out very fine detail including finger prints, pores etc. Maxi-Flex is a food and skin grade silicone putty and complies with FDA regulation: 21CFR177.2600

Scoop out equal quantities from each container. Fold material and knead with fingertips for 30 seconds until a homogeneous mixture is produced. Intensive mixing and high temperatures will speed up the setting. Low temperatures will slow down the setting. Immediately after mixing the putty is pressed onto the area to be moulded.

At room temperature the putty will set in around 15 minutes, it can then removed
from the object and used immediately.
